Poor Quality

ordered 20 units with 20 psu and 4 psu were dead on arrival... I paid to ship them back got all 4 back and they appear to be older used psus that all work but not new. 3 days after they arrived another psu went out so replaced that with the ones that came in... will be sending it back to get another replacement :(

HARDWARE THEY SHIP IS FAULTY AND LONGLY USED Bought 29 antminer D3's 5 months ago and about 50% died off within weeks. Had to do extensive testing myself to come to the same conclusing that their hardware is just crap. After shipping back the faulty parts, Chinese holiday came along and I got the 'repaired / replaced' items back 6 weeks later. After receiving them, 70% of the parts were also faulty or highly used by them (it's like they plugged them out of their own infrastructure). I could recognize this because there was a lot of 'wear and tear' damage on parts of the asic cards. 30% of the asics were not recognized at all when connecting (so 100% dead), the ones that were recognized had a 50% failure within 10 minutes of running and when I received the 'repaired / replaced' parts, another 30% of my mining power was gone cause the asics also just died off completely. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BITMAIN. They are a scam, send you highly used gear and won't break even at all. Oh yeah, after paying over 10.000 EUR in import taxes, I had to pay import taxes again for the RMA. Not sure if they're to blame or my country, but god damn what a terrible service / company this is.

Very bad experience with the D3 miners (DASH). I bought several miners and I got only problems: instability (miner not mining...), broken hashboards, broken PSUs...A very bad financial operation for me. And their warranty is very short, only 3 months. Bitmain clearly flooded the market with broken D3 miners, they are shameless people. Stay away from them. Très mauvaise expérience avec les serveurs D3 (DASH). J'ai acheté plusieurs serveurs et je n'ai eu que des problèmes: instabilité permanente (serveur qui ne mine plus), hashboards défectueuses, alim défecteuses. Bref une catastrophe et une bien mauvaise opération financière. Il faut rajouter à cela une garantie extrêmement courte (3 mois). Bitmain a clairement baclé ses D3 pour flooder le marché fin 2017. Je déconseille vivement

Bitmain is Fraud. it has cheated me for 10,786 $ in Order # 0012017090500231 & 0012017081901515 of D3 for Nov Delivery. When delivery came near they denied for delivering in india and said for Refund but till yet i've not received anything and now not replying on ticket or mail at all after a lot of emails and tickets. Now, i want to go for legal . Please help me whoever can. my email shakti7188 at gmail.com

Dodgy liars

I ordered 2 antminer S9 and two PSU. I had expressed to them via email that I wanted to buy 3 but later decided I couldn’t due to power supply in Aus as I would short cuircat the whole house, so I ordered 2 which they allowed me to pay for and said my payment had been received in BTC. This was equivalent to $6000.00 AUD which was way more than the stated $4370. USD. Now they are saying I had to order 4 and are refusing to refund my money. Liars crooks and thieves I am contacting lawyers today and am interested if anyone else would like to join me in a class action against them

Völlig inakzeptabel! Keinerlei Support nach dem Kauf. Hinhaltetaktik, um die 180 Tage Garantie verstreichen lassen zu können. Antwort auf email per Ticketsystem nach einer Woche mit dem Hinweis, dass das Ticket geschlossen und ein neues eröffnet wurde. Dann stimmt das Passwort zum System nicht mehr. Dabei wurden Screenshots des defekten Boards übermittelt. Das scheint ein organisierter Betrug zu sein! Warte nicht auf Antwort, wenn Du ein Problem hast. Gib am besten Dein Geld nicht BitShit, spende es lieber. Totally unacceptable! No support after purchase. Withdrawal tactics to allow the 180 day guarantee to pass. Reply to email by ticket system after one week with the note that the ticket was closed and a new one opened. Then the password to the system is no longer correct. Screenshots of the defective board were transmitted. That seems to be an organized fraud! Do not wait for an answer if you have a problem. Do not give away your money to BitShit, donate it better.

Do NOT send these turds any money. I paid for repair on two machines TWO MONTHS ago on September 13, and now it is November 15, and they are giving me the runaround and won't ship my machines back. PATHETIC.

The customer service is not "that good" because normally they don't reply, ... for that reason I will only give 3 stars!! BEWARE!! They will take your money, laugh in your face and then ignore you.

I sent them my money for an S9. Six weeks later they confirmed they received my money, but first they marked my order Expired, Cancelled and Unpaid. Now their 'customer service' says the order is too old. They robbed me, they'll rob you too. Don't trust Bitmain with your money, they're are corrupt fraudulent crooks on every level. Canaan might be a better choice. Good luck.
