Worst company that you will ever encounter, this company is a joke not only they will take your money in advance but they will fail to delivery your goods at the specified time.Order from them in July 2021 the order should be delivered in November 2021 but they had massive delay so they sent my order in February 2022.The L7(9050Gh)that they have sent is not the one I originally ordered,I have ordered a L7(9500Gh) for this reason they told me that they will give me a part of my money back and this process will take between 1-2 months.It has been 3 months now,countless messages sent to their costumer service and still now money back.So be very careful with this company.

Paid and Sent Proof of transfer and status still unpaid...
Already paid in full, sent proof of wire transfer and money was taken out from my bank, so now status still unpaid and was about to expire. I'm new to mining crypto and purchasing from overseas. i just wanna know if this is a normal process? Im just very worried. Very Respectfully

Hello review readers, Bitmain.com is a big cryptocurrency mining industry and it seems that they has entered a new stage of maturity and stability, because I bought an Antminer L7 9500 MH/s from them and it has been delivered to me in no time! The miner came without a scratch and the the packaging was untouched. I am very thankful to this provider being very responsive to my additional questions about the delivery and the payment. Without any doubt I will recommend bitmain.com to everyone who wants to buy his own miner.
Ordered and Antminer L7
Ordered and Antminer L7, have not received any updates on when it will ship. They keep accepting new orders for other miners without shipping older customer orders.
Bad repair service
I used their repair service for one hash board. I paid for that 90€ for the shipment and 30$ for repairs and 10$ for the banks fees. After that they sent me back an used dirty hash board with low hash rate. I wrote to them to explain my disappointment but It seems that it is the bitmain standard. They just asked me to send my hash board again with a coupon offer for my shipment amount. (shipment = 90€) For information, a coupon could be used only if I buy something new from them and doesn’t cover the entire amount for the shipment whatever what I buy. Bitmain have no respect for their customers and the others country laws. I reported them to the competent authorities for fraud. Bitmain must follow the country standard where they sell their ASIC or they should be ban from this country. If they can already start by owning their mistakes that would be a good start.
You pay, then who knows if and when you'll see anything!
First you pay in full what you want and then you wait indefinitely that (perhaps) sooner or later they will deliver it to you. Estimated shipping dates have no value and Bitmain's customer service is totally incapable of providing any kind of meaningful answer.

I was using Antpool Bitmains mining…
I was using Antpool Bitmains mining pool. Didn't have a problem for several months. Now I can't log in, I shut my machines down quickly when I saw these reviews. Didn't lose a lot but basically here is what happened. Couldn't log in the security check says Net Err. and won't refresh. This went on for a few days. Wrote them, no response. Pulled my machines when they never responded and went t a new pool. It's now a week later and still nothing. Don't spend your power mining on this pool.

Then, they try to make you create an account on coinbase and transfer to the wallet address he provides. Bitmain was a decent company until a year back and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $17400 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted chargebackbase.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on chargebackbase.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform.

They don't stop spamming
I've never bought anything from them, and yet, every once in a while they spam me by adding me on a promotional Google document. I have reported violation to Google many times but they seem useless.
I lost money with the Hashnest, I feel cheated.
I invested BTCs buying GHS from Hashnest. In the beginning, profits appeared on the screen, but one day my investment and profits disappeared from the screen and Bitmain offered me S9 in return. S9 is of no use to me, because of the price of electricity that is very expensive in my country. Customer support has told me that he cannot do anything for me because "I missed our redemption period, we can no longer process". For me this is not correct, bitmain must pay at least my profits.
No Service
Hello I am still waiting for my machine that was received by Bitmain on the 6th December 2020. What is going on? We bought 3 machines and one was defective.
