Bitmain warranty and support is a joke! Sent L9 hashboard for official repair: I opened official ticket and sent HB for repair, first they send me back the same broken HB, then I opened new ticket for the same L9 HB, and also second time they sent me back the same broken HB and it took 2 month to do that!
The board was returned with clear transport damage. During escalation, responsibility was repeatedly shifted between the repair site, Bitmain HQ, and DHL, with no single party assuming ownership. DHL confirmed that only the shipper can file a damage claim. Bitmain confirmed that no like-for-like replacement or refund was available; only coupons, discounts, or paid upgrades were offered. Despite documented damage, the case was closed without effective compensation. Shared for transparency regarding RMA handling and cross-border repair risk for legacy hardware.

Do not buy anything from them they will just keep your money. I just lost 1000000$ thats all my life savings. Please do not waste your money on them
Bitmain parts can be mixed by chinese suppliers to overclock a lower spec machine. Ali express wont help either if you are sold a non genuine machine. Bitmain wont help either. Warrenty is void. Whatsminer are a better machine with less chance of it being a counterfiet. Avoid Bitmain machines and Ali-Express
I purchased the S19, but Bitmain repeatedly delayed the delivery time. They did not keep the promises given to me by their sales staff.
Nick from bitmain has tried stealing my S21 200ths Antminer I sent to bitmain recommended repair center by refusing to return my Antminer. I paid £4950 for. Bitmain small print policy says... If a requested repair machine stays with Us for 4 months the machine becomes our property. Typical Chinese behaviour shoddy goods services. Untrustworthy

Bitmain is undoubtedly still the world's largest ASIC miner manufacturer, but that doesn't mean customer service can be neglected. I ordered an Antminer S19 Pro+ Hyd from the website, and the hash board had errors. I emailed Bitmain-support, but I haven't received a reply.
I Purchased a S19e XP Hydro and sent the funds across via there BTC payment system on there website. There has been no acknowledgment of the payment to them and i have sent many emails to there EU sales team ( sales2 @ bitmain.com) with no response, i have also tried submitting a ticket but i get verification errors despite being fully verified on KYC, SMS & Email. I do hope they get back in touch but i feel i have lost my money to them. Update 09/08/2024, I finally managed to get a hold of someone at Bitmain by trying to purchase some more machines, they located my transaction and were all happy to proceed but when i wanted to amend the order and they when silent again on both email & whatsapp. i have now written the money off and a valuable lesson has been learnt. DO NOT BUY FROM BITMAIN.COM
Ordered a KS5 in April. Tonnes of errors and a hasboard failed. Didn’t even work proper for a day. Still don’t have a working one as of June 17th. Obliterated any chance of ROI. 43 days and counting on a new unit. 44 days until the unit I paid 28k sells for 11k. What a joke. And it’s on me. A Bitmain purchaser.
I spent $US5000 for miner S21 and $US555.00 for this power distribution ANTPDU PW12V1 that the Bitmain customer support recommended. It turns out this power cord distribution is not the right one for my miner S21 made by Bitmain.I keep emailing to Bitmain requesting return and refund, but they deny. I do not understand why they do that since this purchase is from Bitmain recommendation. I believe this China Bitmain company does not live up the international business standard. I JUST NEED THE REFUND SINCE I CAN NOT USE THIS POWER CORD DISTRIBUTION.
Ordered an Antminer K7 on March 5th. Had to pay in crypto because they were not accepting wire-transfer. Got an email confirming the payment and stating that my order was being processed. After about two weeks of not getting any information regarding my order, i made an account and used the support form to contact them twice. No response. After a month of complete silence, i wrote an email to Bitmain-support, with my order confirmation attached. Again no response. I feel scammed. No miner, no refund, nothing.
Bitmain is the top mining machine production company in the industry. Although the purchase process is a bit complicated, but very guaranteed. Very reassuring to cooperate with them.
Overall good experience w/ BITMAIN. Good quality and nice customer experience. I prefer to buy from them since they have a long history from 2013, very reliable.

Purchased a Bitmain Antminer S19j Pro (100Th), had it for only 16 days when it abruptly stopped working. I send it back to Bitmain for "Repair". Bitmain tried to fleece me by stating that the boards were "mixed" and that the warranty is void and then attempted to charge me for this. That is ridiculous because I purchased it new and in its original state and sent it back for repair in its original state. When the machine was returned to myself, I faced the same issue, it will not power on and all the while it cost me £110.22 to send it to Bitmain to be "repaired" and then an additional £110 to transfer money from my credit card to my current account in order to pay the repair fees which Bitmain charged.

Scammers. Do not buy from them. They took about 0.05 BTC from my wallet in hashnest. Never reply emails, never sent notification of taking down hashnet.com.
