@bixdo_oralcare might be a scam. I made a purchase over a week ago and until today, there's no response, no reply from cs, nothing. I reached out to their dedicated CS email but am still not getting a reply. No updates on shipping, nothing. At this point, i think I am going to have to lodge a report directly with my bank for fraudulent transaction. Was so excited to try this out because they seeded so many influencers on Instagram.
My water flosser was great for the first few days, and just stopped working. I am super bummed and highly unsatisfied with my purchase.
good but if there are some little gift for customer that will be best just like china store always did
This works exactly how I had hoped. Provides a nice water flossing experience with minimal fuss and noise. I am very pleased with this product's performance. AND, it arrived in the mail less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Nice, pleasant surprise!!
