Dear T or M, We are apolgize that your experience was less than stellar. However we are a bit confused since the last communication received from you was "final delivery has been made. it was a pleasure doing business with you. THANX AGAIN!". Although we do show that an email showing the shipping details was sent out, occasionally different filters and systems will block our communications. We trust that you are enjoying your burner/log set combination and hope that you provide us with a chance to be of service in the future. Sincerely, The Blazzing Fire Team

Blazzing Fire
Dear Susan, We are sorry to hear that your shipment was delayed. Regrettably, the order was received and processed after the Priority Mail cut off on the Friday 7/10. We were able to get the items in the mail on the 7/13 wit the expectation of delivery 7/15. Apparently the Postal Service had other plans and delivered on 7/17. Although we are unable to control the delivery by local service, we do apologize for the delays and trust that they did not cause too much frustration (your package seems to have had an extended stay in both Dallas and Houston). Sincerely, The Blazzing Fire Team
