6,000 BTU wall heaters
I needed 6,000 BTU wall heaters for a new construction and could find them nowhere else but here. Communication was very responsive and timely. I was sent a wrong item. When that was brought to CS's attention, it was immediately addressed. Items were shipped quickly.

Dear Susan, We are sorry to hear that your shipment was delayed. Regrettably, the order was received and processed after the Priority Mail cut off on the Friday 7/10. We were able to get the items in the mail on the 7/13 wit the expectation of delivery 7/15. Apparently the Postal Service had other plans and delivered on 7/17. Although we are unable to control the delivery by local service, we do apologize for the delays and trust that they did not cause too much frustration (your package seems to have had an extended stay in both Dallas and Houston).
