Blazzing Fire customer service Awesome!
First, Blazzing Fire's prices were the best I could find on the internet and much better than local companies. Second, I got a discount coupon. When it didn't work I called customer service and they gave me a replacement code immediately. When I placed the order I was advised it would take 3-5 business days. My package arrived within three days and included everything I needed. Installation was easy and instructions were complete. They even included an extra holiday package and a nice personal thank you note. Best experience I have ever had with an online vendor.
Outstanding price & customer service! I placed the order & received tracking information less than 24hrs later. Then, my items arrived at my door a few short days later! I immediately assembled & started using my big timber stove & fire gel - couldn’t be happier! Absolute pleasure doing business with you & hope to do so again in future! First shipment was damaged. Customer Service was easy to reach, responsive and quick to ship out a replacement. Would have given Five Stars but boxes for both shipments were pretty beat up upon arrival and product should have had more protective packing material.
