I received the delivery within the time frame indicated, all the boxes are without damage and every single item inside is fine. Adding extra insurance only costed me a few pounds. Great company, thanks 🙏
Customer service that goes well beyond their competitors, you can email and speak with someone about your quote, the drivers in the UK and in Italy were also punctual and super helpful. The charging system it's so easy to understand and stress-free, no need to guess the weight of your boxes, or to make a list of everything that's in every box, like other competitors asked for. You can send TVs and computers (at your own risk), unlinke other competitors that "did not take that responsibility". Price is adequate to the amount sent, and to the 5 star service received. 7 days exactly for the items to arrive in Sardinina. Do not loose time searching around, trust this company, they'll take care of your delivery, stress-free.
I've been very satisfied with the services offered to me by Bollinger. They've been transparent and very efficient all the employees have been very helpful from the call center to the operative team helping me to find the best solution suitable to my needs . Delivered all my items before estimated time all in good condition and well packaged. I really recommend it to everyone who need to move internationally or store temporarily their belongings
Professional but still very friendly and ready to go the extra mile every step of the way! Couldn’t choose a better company!
It was just by chance we came across this company which was our good fortune. We found the offie staff very helpful and efficient. On the day of removal they arrived punctually. They packed our furniture to very high standard and the whole process of the removal was done with a minimum of fuss. Our furniture and packed boxes arrived in Italy on the day and time we agreed and was transferred to our property with the same efficiency as the UK operation .
Had an amazing experience with Bolliger. Efficient, fast and professional. Got everything collected from my flat in the UK in no time and sent to Italy in less than 2 weeks, all perfectly wrapped. All the items were in immaculate conditions, no marks or scratches. Very happy with the overall service, from the early beginning and booking to the end of the process. Would highly recommend.
Very good and punctual
We moved our furniture and belongings from London, UK, to Milan, Italy, and the service provided was nothing short of outstanding. The support from the office was comprehensive, prompt, and clear. Both teams in London and Milan demonstrated exceptional dedication and reliability. I was particularly impressed with the care the London team took in preparing the furniture. They used all-new, high-quality materials to wrap every piece, ensuring that nothing could be damaged. While the Milan team was unwrapping the items, I noticed they carefully collected all the plastic materials. When I asked about it, they explained that they recycle it, which I love since I am environmentally conscious. This is something Bolliger should promote more. In the end, I felt they delivered exactly what they promised through their social media presence—if not more. Thank you!
Amazing communication from Day 1, they always replied to all my emails with satisfactory answers; on time on the day of the collection, collected everything and properly packed my tv and printer, and everything got home safe and functioning within 10 days! Highly recommended
On the plus side, the pick up and delivery went well. Everything in time and comunication was clear and easy. On the bad side 50% of my boxes were soaking wet or damaged. The boxes were clearly handled amd stored unproperly, leading in minors damage of my items. (Mostly wet clothes, stains on them due to the water, some kitchen stuff damaged). I am quite unhappy with the service, and I hope I was the exception.
Amazing staff and organisations... Super!
It was a very professional and fast experience
I used this amazing company to move back to Venice in July 2023. From the beginning to the end customer service was extremely helpful. The people that came to my home to do the packing were absolutely fantastic!!!!! So professional, respectful towards my things, my mother and I. Peter, the “Big Boss” is an amazing person and so funny, too. He wrapped up all my precious things amazingly. There were other two men that were fantastic, too. When all my things arrived in Venice, on the hottest day ever, 39 degrees, everything went smoothly, too. NOTHING ARRIVED BROKEN!!!!!! To round things up if you want a stress free move you have to call Bolliger!
Bolliger people are punctual, exhaustive, accurate but also friendly and helpful, from the beginning till the end of the shipping. I used their services twice and I was delighted.
The move was super smooth and everything went well! Super recommended!!
People were really helpful and professional both over the phone and when they collected our boxes.
I cannot recommend this company enough , I entrusted them with my mums precious antique furniture to be transported from Milan to London . Nothing was too much trouble, every question answered promptly and professionally. They made us feel like we were more than just customers. Everyone from the personnel on the phone in London to the packers in Milan and the unpackers delivering in London went out of their way to do an amazing job! Thanks again ,keep up your excellent standards!! Alessandra Castelli
Nice and quick delivery, available for any additional information and the packing was done perfectly!
