Dear Romir, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration. On the pickup: our meet & greet service, where the driver waits inside at baggage claim, is an optional add-on chosen at booking. As it wasn't included on this reservation, the driver waited at the standard curbside point. We'll review how we communicate the meeting point in our arrival texts so it's clearer. The driving you describe is far more serious. Using a phone while driving and swerving between lanes is unacceptable.
