Was a last minute booking because I was feeling under the weather. They made it happen, got me and my two kids to Hartford Airport 2.5 hours away. The car was nice, clean and driver was very professional.

Our driver, Peter, met us in the airport with his luxurious Suburban waiting right outside the door. He anticipated everything we might need and had them readily available in his vehicle, like phone chargers, water and mints.
We’ll definitely attempt to hire Peter again should the need arise. He was provided to us via Bookinglane so I’m not sure it would work like that.
Booking with Bookinglane was seamless: prompt, courteous and accommodating.

Aidan was prompt, extremely professional, a very good driver, and very kind. He picked us up the minute we got our luggage at OHare and drove us expediently to Carmel, Indiana. He couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional. His car was a lovely Escalade, extremely clean with plenty of room for all of us and our luggage. Highly recommended!

I got a text the driver had arrived. Usually at an airport the driver is waiting at baggage claim. He wasn’t. Then I had to call him and ask him where he was and establish a meeting point. Why? Couldn’t that have been in the text? Then, he was FaceTiming while driving and swerving out of lanes. Bad driver, on the phone constantly and had no Apple car play or car mount so holding his phone for directions.

On the pickup: our meet & greet service, where the driver waits inside at baggage claim, is an optional add-on chosen at booking. As it wasn't included on this reservation, the driver waited at the standard curbside point. We'll review how we communicate the meeting point in our arrival texts so it's clearer.
The driving you describe is far more serious. Using a phone while driving and swerving between lanes is unacceptable. We are investigating directly with the driver, who will no longer be transporting our clients.
