Even though I was new to publishing, she patiently explained everything to me and made sure I understood each step. Their response time to my questions was quick, and they kept the project on schedule from start to finish. The quality of the printed books was also great. Overall, it was a smooth experience. I found out about this printing company through a friend who highly recommended them for their service and quality. When I contacted Winnie, everything was very professional, fast, and practical. She was always available at any time of day, even with the time difference. When I received the sample, it was amazing to see my story already printed and the super quality they provide. It was so easy to send them the file and have the sample ready in just a few days. I had no problems making the two payments for the prints; the stories arrived in perfect condition and on time. I'm really happy with the service, the attention, and the quality of the printing.
Highly recommend BookPrintingChina! Great service, top quality of printing, prompt response. My thanks to Winnie and the staff responsible for the great result. Our children's book THE ORCHID ANIMALS has already got great response. Will definitely have the BOOK PRINTIN CHINA service in our next book project. Ita G. Wildflowers, photographer & writer.
