Hi there, As of July 22, 2026, all profiles and references to this host have been fully removed from our platform to the best of our knowledge. Our decision to end this partnership applies universally to all retreats and business entities with which this host is affiliated, including secondary accounts or proxy listings. We aim to support all hosts on our platform; however, we maintain strict professional standards and Terms of Service to protect both the guest and employee experience. All hosts agree to these terms when signing up with us. In this instance, the partnership was terminated due to documented breaches of these terms, including failures in guest communication regarding venue changes, numerous complaints from guests, and the mistreatment of our staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unprofessional conduct and the verbal abuse of our team members. We invested considerable time over the past two years to support the host’s business, but we can no longer do so at the expense of our professional standards. We simply weren’t comfortable sending our guests to their retreats any longer based on the behavior we witnessed firsthand. We totally get how disappointing this must have felt, especially with your booking already confirmed and the cancellation coming so close to your trip. As the host explained, they had to cancel due to some changes needed to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, which affected every booking from August onwards, not just yours.
