Speedy delivery
I haven't received my books yet
I haven't received my books yet; it takes quite some time to ship out (6 Sep 2023) & it even took longer for delivery services (PGEON - Tracking ID NC77FM). The current status is on hold since 9 Sep 2023. I have contacted to PGEON customer service, still no new update on the delivery date.

Hi Kelvin, we're sorry about your experience, but it does seem a little unfair to blame us for the performance of the courier, you weren't happy with the first one as they wouldn't bring the books all the way to your office, as they had to go through security checks, so left it at the reception (something which is quite normal). We happily switched to a different courier (which you agreed to) who, it seems, have had a slight delay in delivering, which they had completed within a day or so of your review. Again it does seem that the review is better targeted at the courier companies involved, much as we wish we had the power to improved their service, we are a small company and thus have none.

To view all categories, just go to Menu > Books and you'll see the complete list of categories :)) On top of that, you can also choose to browse by clicking on product tags assigned to the books. There are 1,000s of tags available to help you find topics that you like.

the courier
books n bobs is great. the service is great. the pre-loved books also still in good condition. the books are wrapped securely when i received the parcel. the problem only lies with the courier (Line Clear Express). this is my first time ordered with books n bobs. i thought u using common couriers like ninja van, j&t, pos laju n etc. this is my first time also received parcel from line clear. i dont have issue with common couriers as they can easily find my house without even dm me to send the location. but line clear, their rider unable to find my house, he dm me. of course i helped him by sending the location n everything, image of my house... the parking... but he was so rude in the conversation. here is what happen, at 1.12pm he called n whatsapp me to send location, i said ok. while i was typing to send the location n pictures, at 1.13pm he asked me to hurry up as he has many parcels to send. i said im at my office n currently i am typing to send him the location. but he seems pissed off n said "that's why i ask u to send the location" n i said that's why im typing. eventually he did not send me the parcel. the status keeps on failed since may 31st. on june 2nd then i receive the parcel, from different rider of course. i dont have problem with books n bobs, just that for the courier part maybe can change to common couriers like j&t, pos laju, ninja van, city-link, because in my opinion these couriers, in their system, maybe it covers many location even rural suburban. what i mean is when their riders search for my address in their system, they can easily find. but line clear, maybe their location system is not so good. common couriers rarely call or dm me to send location, they only dm to inform that parcel has been delivered. maybe line clear is actually a good courier, but it's just that this is my first time received parcel from them n this first time experience is a bad experience i was getting. im really ok if riders cannot find my house n they want me to send the location, of course totally ok, but if rude of course we dont like it. when i already send the location, he said cannot open it, i send to him the "apple" map, not google map, maybe he's using android. so i made effort to send the google map location, picture of my house, the car, the parking, after that he did not replied anything, n status went failed n on june 2nd i received the parcel with different rider.

The packing caused the books covers' bent over. It was very disheartening for book lovers like me. Hope you do something to improve book packing.

Thanks for your feedback. And we hear you, Cyrus. Our prices are perhaps not the cheapest but we aim to provide excellent services and great range of books. The process of listing the books and fulfilling orders are highly labour intensive, and we have bills to cover too. We do offer coins redemption programme, regular promotions, and sales which you can take advantage of. Furthermore, you can find book at lower prices at our physocal store @ GMBB and our regular pop-up events :)

I was delighted that I could finally get my hands on Anne Bishop's first book in the trilogy , "Daughter of the Blood". Now I'm looking forward to the second and third books. I do hope to get them soon. If there are readers who can send their copies of "Heir to the Shadows" and "Queen of Darkness" to Booksnbobs, be assured that I would treasure them. Ha,ha.
