Hi Laith, thank you for sharing your experience — and we are truly, deeply sorry. What happened to you, your church, and those 35 children that morning was completely unacceptable, and we take full responsibility. We have since issued a full refund of $4,347 and permanently removed the driver and operator involved from our network. We also reached out to you personally to make things right and offered a goodwill credit as a small gesture of accountability. This incident does not reflect who we are or the standard we hold ourselves to. We have taken serious steps internally to make sure something like this never happens again. We respect your right to share your experience, and we hope our response demonstrates that we are a company that owns its mistakes and works hard to do better. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to earn back your trust one day.
