What people say
Great reservations team
I rented an air conditioned bus for my bachelorette party weekend. Alex was very helpful in the booking process, and David (the driver) was promptly early for pick up. Although the conditions of the bus weren’t ideal at the start, the Broadway Bus team quickly worked to connect with me and provide a compensation for the mishap. They are professionals!
Highly Responsive and Accommodating
We greatly appreciated the quick response and recommendations/guidance from our correspondence with their team. BroadwayBus was able to confirm and guarantee our requested transportation and was diligent about verifying our specific requests or accommodations. We would absolutely recommend them again for field trips or events!

Overall experience was great
Overall experience was great, driver was very accommodating and always on time. My group had a wonderful trip! I will note that there wasn’t a aux cord so bring a speaker! We utilized the microphone and had so much fun. Aside from music trouble, everything was perfect!

Wedding
Everyone was shuttled to and from the venue safely and communication was great! I know we didn’t have the 22 seater limo which was unfortunate but we were still able to get transportation. Thank you!

Broadway Bus Rental - The Wedding Bus!
We rented our bus through Broadway and the experience was outstanding. We rented the bus to transport to transport our guests to our son's wedding venue an hour away from hotels. Not an easy destination to get to and the experience was perfect. From our first contact with them to schedule to the last guest off the bus it was outstanding. We are very grateful.
