btygo vnntf is a fake company. They take the money and don't refund. They dint deliver the materials, dresses, shoes, bags etc. more than 2 yrs from November 2022, iam sending them msg. Everytime a new customer care person will ask the problem & say don't worry we will solve the problem. Afterwards they disappear. If they want money from customer & cheat then sorry to say that beggars are better than them. They should also beg. They don't know that a person works & then gets money. This company everytime change their e-mail address also. This all people should be put in jail for fraud & cheating. Shame
I ordered goods from this company and was watching the tracking details on my phone when the delivery was supposed to be made as no contact information given by the courier company. The information then received was shown that delivery had been made at 4 o'clock in the morning - which courier company delivers at that time of the day? I contacted the company for either a replacement of the goods to be sent again or my money back - especially as I had paid for insurance - nothing was received - NO GOODS OR REFUND!! I had a few nice emails telling me that the refund was being processed but, of course, I then realised that this was a delaying tactic. I have still not received my money. DO NOT BUY from this company, even though their goods look good and value for money - it is not value for money when you lose yours and they have it. It is all a scam and I am sorry that I got involved with them. I now ensure that I always check the reviews before I buy.
I can only agree with the other posts here. Ordered goods which were never received. No refund forthcoming after 8 months and endless e-mails. Btygo are nothing but a bunch of thieves.
Order never came been waiting 8 months for my refund and all I keep getting told is to give them more time. This company is a load of crap would not recommend them to anyone
I really should have read reviews on this company before I ordered anything from them. I ordered goods in November/December Tracking had said it had been delivered but obviously it hadn't been emails went back and forward there emails always saying practically the same thing and nothing has ever happened a complete scam of a company if you can call it that.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I just read all the reviews and my story is the same. I ordered stuff last November and by February hadn’t received anything. They told me it had been sent, but nothing arrived. I have been trying to get my money back since march this year and they keep emailing me the same crap. Do not order off this site it is nothing but a scam. Wish I had read these first.
Ordered £56 worth of Goods in December
The tracking number said it had been delivered!!! I have 16 emails off of them saying it has been delivered !!!
Please do not order from this company they are scammers !!!

JUST TAKE MONEY OFF YOU DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE
wish I had seen reviews before ordering £63 worth of stuff in January this year from them which of course never arrived and you guessed it no refund either. I have lots of emails saying the refund is being dealt with and thanking me for my patience but not seen a penny refund. Cant believe they are still advertising and scamming more people.
I have same issue with this company. Ordered in Dec 22 just under £100 worth and never received. Still chasing refund five months later with a whole list of emails promised to resolve. Need to put this all on social media
Just the same story as everybody else. Ordered in Dec 2022, didn't receive my item, emailed numerious times, they were full of false reassurances, it's now May 2023, still didn't receive any item and no refund given.
I have been waiting for my delivery since December 22 and I have been told that there will be a 100% refund which has not happened yet.
They are scammers and will most likely never refund the payment.
Please don't buy from them
I HAD TO UP 1 STAR TO WRITE BUT DEFFO NOT A STAR. They definitely scamers no refund due to not receiving my order in December even though I paid for delivery insurance, from now on will search Google before I order.
NO STARS FOR THESE SCAMMERS, ordered on 16th dec 2022, order never recieved, since 6th january i emailed them stating nothing recieved, they just kept saying from automated responses, we hope you will recieve refund, never did. So i contacted my bank to see if they could retrieve the stolen money the company btygo refunded me £9 odd, the cheek, they expecting to keep the full amount all but £10 i dont think so. So i recont my bank who have escelated the case futher, still waiting for the remaining chunk of my refund, these are false advertising and stealing from people with no intention of sending you anything advertised on thier website. NEVER TRUST ANY OF THEM, always do site research before purchasing from site like this, i wish i had before i spent, i usually do, but it was spur of the moment thing, silly me ay..but i wont let them keep MY money for nothing, i wont stop until i get ALL my money back from Rh Btygo..the thieving scum bags they are making money off stealing.**UPDATE**.thanks to the dedication from my bank i have now recieved my complete refund, nice try btygo for trying to dispute liability, your efforts FAILED backfired !!! HAHA
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... ordered coat December it's now April still nothing... they say it's been delivered, then they say they giving 70%refund... still waiting just big scam..
This is the worst website I've ever used. Ordered a jacket in November never got that and whenever I try to track it it says it was delivered. Never got my refund back and I'm still trying. Never ever buy from this website.
*Scam*, I have ordered ordered a package of £35 also added a shipment fee, but never received my package. When checked the tracking details I found out that it was delivered on January ‼️. I have requested my bank to looked and got a refund at the moment. Now when I try to find the store, they are closed! This is people are completely scam.
I ordered items in December 2022. They told me they had transport issues. I did not receive any of the items ordered. I have requested a refund. To date I have received nothing - no goods or cash back. It is now April 2023. I have sent many emails with no positive outcome to date. I would advise others, please do not order from these people.
Never ever order from this company, I placed an order on 5/12/2022, they quickly responded that my order had been received but they never sent it out, I communicated in January they responded that due to some issues they didn't process order they asked if I wished to continue with my order, I agreed to continue, I have communicated since then until 3days ago when I requested for a refund and one Cherry responded saying they would refund only half the amount which I wrote back demanding for a full refund.
