Please do not order from this company. They are fraudulent they steal peoples money. I just wish I had I read the reviews first before I ordered and everyone’s review is exactly what I was going to say. These people are scum of the Earth, and I wish them a sad and lonely life With loads of Miss fortunes
Would give 0 if I could. Totally sham of a company, ordered a jacket in November, was around £30, numerous emails before getting a reply, telling me their system showed item was delivered! Told them I hadn't, they used the Covid excuse on late delivery, Told them I wanted refund, Told me would be 14-25 days. 25 days later still no money, more emails, same excuses. Then I received £8.05 paid into my bank. This company should be shut down.
Didnt get goods or refund. Only contact was long winded txt message wiv weird excuses and jibberish
I placed an order in December as well and didn’t receive it. The tracker said it was delivered, I contacted them and they said check with your neighbors and then then they promised to send another parcel which I refused and claimed a refund. At the beginning they refused to give me a refund saying it’s not their responsibility I didn’t receive the order as the tracking showed I received it. Then I threatened legal action, so they said they can only give me 50% refund back. I refused, so they offered 70% refund, then 90% refund. I still refused and insisted on 100% refund. Finally they said they would send a full refund. Last week I recieved £6.54 out of £32.74. LOL. I contacted them again and they replied”we will put you as a priority customer and you’ll have a dedicated customer representative and thanks for your patience” BTYGO scam and thieves.
I also placed an order in December. I've still not recieved it the latest email is check with you're neighbours etc etc. They took my money quick enough so as far as I'm concerned it's theft. That order was Xmas presents, heartless people I had nothing to give my relatives!! 😡😡
This company is absolutely a sham, con artist and scammers. I have corresponded with this company over 15 times about an order I placed in December. Every alleged customer rep says something different each time. I never got my ordered items nor when I ask for a refund (multiple times) was given one. Companies like this should absolutely be removed. Their tracking service does not work and I had 2 reps go as far as to tell me as I should check with my neighbor if they saw a package and see what happened.
AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Is that clear enough? I too gave an order end last year? After a few weeks I hadn't received, so contacted BTYGO because tracking was not giving details and when it did, it was showing as delivered to UK process centre! THEN NOTHING!!! Believe me I'm a patient person but this company has brought me to real anger and frustration! Numerous emails back and forth, promised investigation and then assurance I'd still receive but be patient. HUH! So they promised to refund. But after more emails, I threatened legal action. HUH! No joy. THEN... Finally, this week I received a refund... £11.09 of my £36.98 order! So here I go again... Outrageous. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
I only gave one star because there is no lower option. People with fake names tell me I have received my order but I haven't. The tracking didn't work until I complained and then magically worked telling me my parcel was delivered at 11pm on a random date they made up as well. REALLY? Who has ever had a delivery at that time. I do not understand why they are allowed to continue what is clearly fraud . If it looks too good to be true, it certainly is. ..🤬
Hello,all.Unfortunatly I have the same bad experience with Btygo company as most of you or all of you.I have done hudge order in October ,when I started searching when is my parcel in January ,I had been told it was delivered.I had asked for proof of it, so then I been said the parcel has been lost .I contacted company more then 20 times with few diffrent operators and I got always the same answer...refund will be issued in 25 days .I was waiting when nothing cames I contacted them again and always i got the same answer.I had asked for proof of refund ,so I got exactly the same automaticly generated mail ,or ...please be patiente.Sorry for all of you so naive like me.
I placed an order with this company at the beginning of December. I’m still chasing them after the tracking said my order had been delivered. In the latest email from them they are questioning my address, suggesting my neighbours have stolen and perhaps I haven’t given enough address details! Perhaps they need me to drop a pin 📍 Thankfully I have only been scammed out of £30 so my advice is to avoid this company like the plague!!!
These lying scammers took my £30.86 for an order i ordered on 11thdecember,1st they were saying they were delivered which they wasn't & now for the past month all i get is yr refund is being processed, they've been saying that for ova a month, wat i want to no is y r these people still allowed to continue to keep scamming people, y haven't they been shut down cus all their doing is scamming hard working people & it shouldn't b allowed in 2023.
Absolute scamming thievery. Ordered some jackets on 20th of December. 12 different supposed customer service agents have told me varying lies. After demanding a refund 3 times all I receive is silence. I don't know what to do now. I've lost money at a time when I can just afford to heat my house. They should receive minus stars and be shut down immediately after reading the reviews on here. I'm absolutely disgusted. They are SCAMS, liars , they send me a ring frist and then when I've asked about my real order they said that was just a gift and my order is on the way.....totally liays. I waited 30 days and now says it was delivered.....totally untrue....I was at home....nothing delivered to me. Complain through police now NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
After reading these terrible reviews am getting worried everything am looking for an update am getting shipping what the hell this company needs to be investigated by trading standards o and there was no zero star rating so I had to press 1 TO HELL WITH BTYGO
This is a total SCAM DONOT ORDER from them after my endless emails and reply’s in a different language I am looking to find legal action against them

Unfortunately my experience is exactly Lee the same as everybody else! Ordered in December. APPARENTLY items have been delivered but they haven't, I I have been emailing back and forth and just told they will resend and to be patient! I have demanded a full refund but to date no response.
This company are a joke if they are a real company, I ordered 2 items before Christmas 2022 its not 3rd of Feb 2023 and still haven't received anything. I have sent several emails to which I got no replies, until I said I was going to leave a bad review. Then I got a reply which gave me some fake shipping details. They sat they are a UK company and ship from the UK but all my tracking details were from China. This company needs to be banned. Conning and scamming it's all these type of companies seem to do these days . Very unhappy customer .
Beginning of 5th to be precise I no it was only 23 pound but no delivery every time I emailed they said be patient,so I left it until January and emailed them for full refund please which they said they would but nothing went into my account they kept saying be patient it's now February they are a con and should be reported
Do not ever buy anything from this company Btygo, they say they have sent out your items but in fact they haven’t. I even had a email with apology and saying they will resend my items, but that was a week ago and 3 emails later and nothing
