Buckeye Container Carriers

We appreciate the opportunity to respond. While we understand your disappointment, several statements in your review are not accurate. First, you never became a customer of Buckeye Container Carriers, so this review is based solely on your quote We were transparent about our pricing from the beginning. Before you came to our yard, Courtney explained that the lower price was for a container pulled directly from the depot. When you arrived, we explained the same thing again in person. We offer both options to give customers more flexibility. Those who want to save money can have a comparable container pulled directly from the depot. Those who prefer the convenience of inspecting and choosing the exact container they want can purchase one from our yard inventory, where the containers have already been transported to our facility and are available to view before purchase. At no point did we represent that a yard container would be sold at the depot price. We also reached out to discuss the situation regardless of your review. We mentioned seeing the review only because it had already been posted before we called. Unfortunately, the conversation ended when profanity was directed at us and the call was disconnected. We stand behind our business, our pricing, and our commitment to giving customers clear information and the freedom to choose the option that best fits their needs and budget
