Hello Donna, We sincerely apologize for the misspelling on your engraved wedding gift, which caused embarrassment for you and the couple involved. We deeply regret any inconvenience or distress caused. We understand that during your interaction with our representative, the proper spelling you provided was confirmed. However, we want to clarify that as a distributor, we rely on our trusted vendors who handle the production and shipping process directly. The product is drop-shipped from the vendor, and we do not have the opportunity to double-confirm its accuracy before shipping. Nonetheless, we take full responsibility for the oversight and have promptly arranged for a replacement plaque to be sent to you. The corrected plaque has been shipped on 5/23, and you should have received a link with tracking information via email. Please double check your spam/junk folder if you have not already received it. We value your satisfaction and are taking steps to prevent similar occurrences. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continually strive to improve. If you have any further concerns or require assistance, please contact our customer service team. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate your understanding and patience. We are committed to resolving this to your complete satisfaction. Warmest Regards, Budget Mailboxes Support | 866.707.0008 | [email protected]
