Bulletproof Zone

Hello! Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We appreciate your patience with the delivery timeline and are glad to hear that our customer service team took great care of you. Hope testing goes smoothly!

Hello Kevin. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We received your review and would like to clarify the timeline and details regarding your order and return process. When you initially contacted us regarding a return due to feeling the item was misrepresented, we immediately responded to assist you. We explained that due to the nature of these tactical products, vests and armor panels are often shipped in separate packages. At the time you requested the return, the shipment containing the vests was already in transit. Once both packages were delivered, we honored your request to return the entire setup in accordance with our return policy, which is outlined on our website. As soon as the returned items were received back at our facility, we immediately processed your full refund. We always strive to make our shipping and return processes as clear and straightforward as possible, and we appreciate your feedback as we work to continually improve.
