Issue with shipment papers
I ordered a gold coin which is investment gold (IPM). When importing IPM into my country, no tax has to be paid. However, FedEx charged me tax as if it was 'normal' gold. They indicated to me that it was based on the shipment papers, and that these papers were not filled in correctly. BullionStar did not correct this with FedEx, so now I had to pay tax over an order that should be tax-free.

Do not trust
Company cannot be trusted and advertised their Bullion Savings Programme as not having storage fees. They later just added extra fees and mandated me to sell all my holdings otherwise. Customer service admitted that the extra fees were added later and no communication was conveyed to customers. These fees were not made known to me in advance and neither did they seek my acknowledgement and just charged me anyways. Buy from another company and keep your own Gold yourself.

After my last bad experience ... the converted my bullion for 1/5 th off the marketprice. Now they don't want to payout anymore. Every wallet I send to them the refuse as if it should be scam wallets, even my binace and my ledger wallet ! now the ton't even reply anymore, while the drained my account. Also I had a little from affiliation ... the refuse to pay that as well So I belief it's not a relyeble compagnie to work with
I feel betrailed
When you buy a "collecteble coin" they charge you the vallue on the market. When you want to sell them they offer you the silver prise. (about 1/5 the of the market value) When you want to send it over, they give the market value for tax payment. They do not offer any sollution, they even don't try to help. Also affiliation ... you never get your proffit on that either I would not recomend them anymore !

Horrible customer service. Will not issue a refund. Customer service sent me a letter Saying I must pay $200+ to withdraw my order from storage in a Singapore vault. I deeply regret stumbling upon this website. They had item in stock when no one else did. I’m sure it’s because no one buys from them for this reason.
