SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Sizes don't match; Fabric is garbage; Quality is inferior to anything I've ever seen before; Customer Service will ignore you; You will have to lodge a dispute with your credit card provider. Why the headache???

Not exactly as described

I can’t say this co. Is a scam but their descriptions are not really honest. I ordered a “3D sweater” I received a woven cotton top. I’m not going to waste more money returning it but, too late I realized they don’t put any reviews on their website. I would say you’re taking a chance ordering anything from this company.

SCAMMERS!!, I should have known better, I never checked them out before buying. A pair of heavy duty shorts, when they arrived the material was see through, the stitching was appalling, absolutely rubbish. Pure excrement from china.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam. Sent the wrong top for my elderly mother. I sent it back as requested for a refund now they refuse to refund as they won’t accept delivery of it back. Do not buy anything from these people.

SCAM COMPANY

This company is most definitely a scam. Also you need to avoid Raixy which is the same company. The images both companies use do not belong to them. Please do a Google search image on any item and you will see where the actual design and images are from. I have tried to communicate with both these companies for days and had no response. If you have already purchased and used PayPal then please open a case with PayPal. If you used a debit or credit card then do a chargeback with your bank/credit card company. Please also note that if the items that you purchased are not of a good quality, wrong colour, wrong size or any of the other many things customers have had issue with then returns are not at your expense. You will be told this but it is not true. You may also be told that you need to send items back and state a lower value to avoid tax again please keep copies of any communication you may have managed to get and upload them onto your PayPal/bank claim.

I bought a dress on 7 March 2024 and it only came today 17/05/2024. The dress is not a UK 16-18 XL size. It looks like a size 8 UK. I have emailed the company but in the packaging there is no information or address to return item if you do not want it. Now my heart has sank after reading other people's experiences.

My Opinion is Bunhery is an Online Scam

I ordered a pair of boots in April 2023, the boots did not turn up, following the tracking details it stated that the boots were delivered in Sydney 200 KM from my delivery address. I emailed Bunhery a number of times finally they responded and said they would send a replacement pair within 20 days. I requested tracking details...no response. I waited 25 days no delivery of replacement boots, I emailed Bunhery again and as per previous email (exactly) they said they would replace the boots. I was out of patience with the ineptness and requested a refund they agreed and said it would be returned in 10 business day, surprise surprise, after 15 days no refund. I emailed again they apologised and said it would be resolved in two business days, waited 5 days no refund. I believe this company is a scam so have forwarded all details and correspondence to Australian Financial Crimes Exchange, (AFCX) and contacted Scamwatch. Would suggest not dealing with this company

Awful company to be avoided

Awful company. Either fraudulent or grossly inefficient. Ordered dress waited weeks and checked tracking. Eventually said item delivered! It wasn’t so I emailed them and they offered no explanation, apology but agreed to send another dress and refused to give any tracking info or reply to my emails. Luckily I paid via PayPal who refunded me in full straightaway. Companies like this should be shut down.

Items not delivered to my home

I started ordering the bookcase scene "Wizard's Library" 6 months before my daughter's birthday because I know getting things from China is a crap shoot. I first ordered from Hebby which appears to be another name for bunhery. It took a month to get to Indiana and stopped. They wanted a confirmation of receipt but, of course, that wasn't California. They said that they would look into it and didn't reply after. I complained again and they said that I would get a refund, but you don't get your taxes back (or shipping). I waited 3 weeks for that, complained that it wasn't refunded and received my refund in a week. The second order was with Bunhery and the items made it to Florida and no further. I have complained again but have not even received a reply in a week. I have 2 months left to find someone who can actually deliver what I order.

Disappointed -April /May 2023

April /May 2023 - I ordered a pure cotton dress for our daughter's wedding. I received a nylon dress that looked like a sack & quality, well there was none and it was not what I ordered. I emailed twice to the address as per their website and followed their request for timely refund and no response to date. I have asked for the dress I ordered or a refund. I will persist and keep emailing. Buyer beware...

Product not suitable for UK. No reply.

My wife bought a 2-in-1 hair curler and straightener. When it arrived it quoted 110-220 volts and had an American flat two pin plug. She wrote saying it was not suitable for UK use but never received a reply.
