I'm very sorry for any issues you've faced with the investing side of our app. I've asked my team to do a complete review of all investment accounts to ensure all dividends are being paid as they should. In your case, there were just two that were pending but have now been paid. You can see these in your activity feed for January 22. I know my support team has explained how to get your account statement from the app and we are working with our investment partner to make sure parents can clearly see the choice for dividends to be paid or reinvested.
