Sorry that our scheduling feature didn't meet what works best for your family. Our app was built over the years with the help of parents, and when asked, the vast majority of parents wanted a schedule that was more confined and specific. Sorry that you feel this way since you've used our service for many years. We switched from a monthly to annual subscription a long time ago but the price is still the same overall. It's just paid upfront now, which isn't uncommon. We appreciate you using the system as long as you did and wish your family a happy new year.
