Ordering/Follow up good but sub-standard masks

Ordering and shipping process are ok. I could change my delivery time and the admin lady informed me when delivery is delayed. But the masks are sub-standard compared to another brand that is also produced locally. The sides of the masks are not cut and trimmed properly, with small pieces sticking out which will cut the face at the sides.

Fast and Cheap

Delivery was fast after order was confirmed. Price was pretty competitive with other online stores out there.

The first time my mother tried BW…

The first time my mother tried BW Generation regular tape Diaper was from a Sample, which I requested from BW Generation. It seemed good and comfortable for my mother's use. Hence, I ordered the Diapers via online. However, my mother's caregiver maid's feedback was that the gel beads were dispersed. We did not expect this to happen. I am still sourcing for the best and most comfortable and best value Diapers for my mother's use.

So far I am very happy with their service. It's convenient to order through phone and make payment via internet. It really safe my time a lot. However, I will appreciate their service more if they could deliver or let us pick when we need the order urgently. I had two incidents where I needed my order to be delivered urgently since I had no more stock but they could only deliver according to their schedule. Otherwise, I am very comfortable with their service.

Excellent service! My plan was to deliver the order to my friend’s office as as a surprise gift. Luckily the delivery team informed me immediately when they found nobody working in office. I felt so sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thankfully the company responded promptly and arranged a 2nd attempt delivery to my friend’s place. My friend received the items in the following morning:)
