The diapers are of poor quality

The diapers are of poor quality. My complained that when she pulled up the diapers tore. She preferred the earlier ones she had ordered. However, when I ordered them this time only the Economy ones were available.

The online experience is satisfactory and above average. The delivery process can be improved. Contactless delivery is good but not on a rainy day. Delivery address is to a landed house and it was after a rain. The delivery guy just left the boxes outside the grill gate on the wet road flooring. I had to ask him to pass the boxes to me before leaving. But the box is also not light so I had to take care of my back and arms. No strong man in this household, mainly women. May I suggest that the next delivery to be improved, and the delivery guy help to bring in the boxes to the porch area of the house? thanks.
