Dear Mr Dalton Thank you for taking the team to leave us a review. If we might have the opportunity to reply to some of the comments made above: "The technical representative agreed one system with me and the roof it was to go on, only to have the scaffolders turn up to erect the scaffolding on a different roof." After speaking with the Operations Team it would appear that the scaffolding company installed more scaffolding than was required for the works being completed. Although this meant that it accessed more than one area of the roof, this didn't impede the installation. "Lots of subies being used who did not know the system." Caplor works with a number of sub-contractors and hold each and every one to the same high standards as our in-house teams. It is only through receiving valuable feedback from customers that we can make informed changes to our systems. “The scaffolding took months to be dropped and remove.” While this was ultimately out of our control the team at Caplor did go to great lengths to repeatedly contact the scaffold company to remove the scaffold. Our last conversation was with Mrs Dalton who called to say how happy she was and that the house had been since painted and was looking lovely.
