Highly recommended! Legitimate and the customer support is fantastic! The product is great, especially for the price. And shipping was much faster than expected, within 3 days. I was hesitant about installing it myself but with many YouTube tutorials available, it was very possible to it and I did it solo. I missed a few installation steps and when I messaged via WhatsApp for support the reply was fast, very useful and friendly. It does take some getting used to especially with our Lexus that has the joystick controller, but it ultimately serves its purpose really well. Audio and phone call quality is great (it connects through the car's Bluetooth channel) and switching between the car's default infotainment system and this unit is simple. I tested both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless and wired and it all worked. I would recommend that before or while installing, get in touch with via WhatsApp so that you don't make the mistakes I did and have to take the dashboard apart multiple times.
Unit operates perfectly in my 2010 GLK350 with the NGT4.0 system. Installation instructions could use more clarity and should be reviewed by a fluent English speaker. The connector that joins the original car wiring is massive and fitting it in the dash with the original radio is nearly impossible. A better design would be to make the connector smaller and utilize zip ties to keep it in place. The radio is pushing quite a bit on the connector and I’m concerned about chafing of the wiring. The trim piece fits the dash nicely and the 10” screen looks like it came with the car from the factory. CarProKit needs to make a rear view camera that fits the car. In reality, it’s just a plastic molded trim piece that a universal camera could mount to.

I was a bit skeptical with their product, because I had bad experiences with third party head units before, but it is all that is advertised. Their product is easy to assemble, they give every tool that is needed. I even got two instruction videos sent to me with the paper guide. This was a really pleasant experience. Their support is really helpful and confirmed that I order the right thing. They also answer really quick on whatsApp. Really recommended!!!
I got great customer support to assist in installing the product. It works well and is a good upgrade from the original function of the infotainment system.
The kit set up CarPlay in my Lexus. I love my Lexus, but the audio system is horrible. Now I can use it almost perfectly. The only issue is that the wireless connection can be difficult to connect sometime, but it is SO much better that not having it. What really stands out is the customer support. I texted them and he walked me through the entire instillation process that took almost 4 hours, and never left me. That was the most impressive customer service ever!

Not functioning in the way it was advertised. Video of the CarPlay is basically a video feed from the backup camera therefore the resolution is a VHS quality. Not the true resolution of the LCD monitor, which is higher. Noticed this when turning on the unit and when booting up the backup camera first appears. This is not normal and looks unprofessional. Decided not to use it and removed it. Not sure if I can get a refund.
