Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We don't control driver schedules or handle unexpected road issues. That said, we deeply regret that the driver arrived 3 days late. In this case, his documents had expired, and he had to go renew them to remain compliant and legal on the road. Regarding the lost keys, we understand you later found them, but we know it added to your frustration. We're sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. We take your feedback seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you for taking the time to comment, even if you haven't used our service. You're correct that we're a brokerage, we connect customers with trusted independent carriers. And yes, the photos on our page reflect their work. That said, just because something looks simple doesn't mean it is that simple. Behind every shipment, our team handles coordination, vetting, tracking, and problem-solving to ensure things go smoothly. We understand our model isn't for everyone, but we invite you to try us before forming a final opinion. We'd be happy to show you the value we bring.

Dear Nick Blazevic, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the rate adjustment for your transport scheduled in February. As a broker, our goal is always to secure the most reliable carriers for our clients. Although your load was successfully moved, during that period the U.S. logistics industry experienced an unprecedented and sudden surge in diesel prices. This directly impacted carrier rates and forced us to adjust the initial quote in order to secure a driver and ensure your vehicle could actually be transported. We understand how disappointing this change was, and we deeply value your business. We would love the opportunity to assist you again under more stable market conditions. Sincerely, Cayad Team
