My car was picked up the same day and arrived a day earlier than expected! The quoted price did not change (like you hear about in other reviews) and my communication with Astrid was always pleasant and fast! If I ever have a need to ship a car again Cayad Auto Transport will be the first one I call.

When I was shopping around for a car transport company, I came across Cayad Auto Transport. At first, I was a bit skeptical because the company almost seemed too good to be true. Reading through all the positive reviews, I wondered if they were legitimate or just generated by bots. Once I decided to move forward, Astrid was incredibly responsive and helpful. She stayed in touch throughout the process and even followed up with reminders when I told her I would be ready to ship the car in 1–2 weeks. I appreciated her professionalism and consistency from the very beginning. When the car was finally ready after all the maintenance and repairs were completed, I contacted Cayad again and worked with Astrid to schedule the pickup. The entire process was simple and stress-free. Astrid guided me every step of the way and was always available to answer questions. She was truly awesome to work with. On pickup day, Denis, the truck owner, was just as impressive. He was polite, friendly, and professional. He carefully inspected the vehicle and handled it with great care as I said goodbye to my beloved Acura. Both Denis and Astrid remained highly responsive throughout the transport process, providing regular updates and giving me peace of mind the entire time. The car arrived in immaculate condition—the same condition it was in when it was picked up. A special thank you to both Astrid and Denis for making this such a smooth and positive experience. The reality is you’re just a broker, and every picture of a car getting shipped on your page is a different carrier that owns and operates their own business. You sit at a desk while the carriers do the real work, and in the end it’s the same service you can get elsewhere, just at a higher price.

Lined up an enclosed transport 2 months ahead. When time for actual transport the best price came in $850 higher than quoted. Asked them to honor pricing and they refused. Gas prices did not increase by a 75% up charge.
