I was not satisfied with the service…

I was not satisfied with the service when I shipped my truck; the staff—specifically those providing service information, the broker, and the drivers—lacked proper coordination. I inquired about the cost per pound for items placed inside the vehicle and asked how that weight would be verified. I requested an approximate cost based on the weight, and I was even told that the final price would be adjusted accordingly. However, they failed to do so. I had initially anticipated carrying more items in the vehicle than I actually did—ultimately, there was less cargo—yet the order was processed with the higher weight figure. When I asked the driver about this discrepancy, he simply told me to speak with the broker; similarly, at the time of delivery, I was once again told to address the matter with the broker. In the end, they simply charged me a higher fee based on an incorrect weight—one that was actually lower than what they billed. Furthermore, they had previously stated that the first 100 pounds were included in the service and would not incur any extra charges; instead, they simply charged whatever amount they pleased. Plus I ask to the broker about weight and he never answer and let me claro the information.
