I had three vehicles shipped on an enclosed trailer I could not be any happier. They got my vehicles shipped very fast and was shipped from Florida to Maine. The truck driver was so professional He took plenty of pictures and my cars were as clean when they arrived as they were when they left. I was kinda worried about using them because they were hundreds cheaper then anyone else Don't worry they are legit. Great company.
The driver was good
The driver was good, from pickup to delivery. What I didn’t like was all the changes from the office. A constant text or email. Not sure if it’s a language barrier. One thing the office did was attempting to charge me more after we had a signed contract for an amount.

Quick response time replying to all my questions. Only once offered to deliver my car sooner if I spent a little more, but after I rejected the expedited delivery offer, they stayed with the agreed-upon rate. I’m happy with the pick-up/drop-off service, car-tracking, and updates from Cayad.

I used Cayad Auto Transport to ship my car purchased out of state in Ephrata, PA to New Orleans, LA. They offered a competitive price which did not have any changes after the quote was received. The company was very responsive to my texts and kept me updated with the status of the carrier. There were some technical hiccups when it came to drop off because a car behind mine wouldn't turn on and then there was an issue with the ramp but the driver and I were able to resolve it without and damage. I definitely would use Cayad Auto Services again in the future.
