DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! This is clearly a SCAM! They charge a small amount of money for the first 24 hours and then take around 50$ for monthly plan subscription you didn't agree to (they don't mention the subscription). When you log into your account and want to cancel the monthly plan it takes you to a 'tryhelp' page that doesn't work - you get a response "The service is abnormal. Please try again later" to anything you ask....
⛔️⛔️****SCAM****⛔️⛔️ ⚠️⚠️****FRAUD****⚠️⚠️ DO NOT USE! No matter how desperate you are to find a lost phone, PLEASE do not fall for this fake site and fake company. If you make a small payment to find a phone you will find the payment refunded claiming it didn’t go through. This is them stealing your card/Apple Pay details, You will then find unauthorised payments coming out of your account from a name you don’t recognise. In my case it was unauthorised payments of £49.80 to “Postliminiumtec V” which I had never heard of. Call your bank and report the fraud immediately. Tell your bank to read these Trustpilot reviews when you call. Do not doubt this review. They are SCAMMERS, THIEVES AND FRAUDSTERS ❌❌
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I originally paid £5 for a straightforward 24-hour access to the service. However, just one day later, on September 8, I was shocked to find an additional, completely unauthorized charge of £49.80 taken from my account without any prior warning or clear consent. To make matters worse, just seven days later on September 15, another £49.80 was inexplicably deducted from my account—well within a single monthly cycle. Paying £5 for a 24-hour trial and subsequently getting hit with two separate £49.80 charges in less than a week is completely unacceptable and misleading. I have requested a full refund of the latest charge and expect the company to resolve this immediately, stop any future unauthorized payments, and cancel any hidden subscriptions. Until this is properly resolved, I strongly advise others to stay away and monitor their bank statements very closely if they decide to use this service.
What a scam….. only accepted a charge of 0.18p on Apple Pay then it took £48.50 24hrs later which wasn’t mentioned. Had to cancel a monthly subscription plan which I didn’t even sign up for in order to not get charged again. Also the phone tracker service didn’t even work DONT NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
This should have no stars .it clearly a scam it charges a small fee stating they send a text to the phone which they don't luckily I recovered my phone myself and no text. They then charge a subscription which I didn't agree to . And make closing the account impossible. It is a scam. You CANNOT trace a phone only authorities such as police can
No Service at all!! No use at all!! Bare promises!
Do not use this company, I tried to locate my Grandaughters phone after it had been stolen and was asked to pay 40p for a full report of its location, I was skeptical at first but desperate so I paid the 40p, I did not get its location or a report just login details to enter their site, their site is not fit for purpose, its a SCAM, I emailed them the next day to cancel the account and did not receive a response. Two days later they took £49.80 from my Bank Account. I did not sign up for any subscription or for an account to be opened up, they are crafty. I rang my Bank and had a refund thankfully. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I wanted to find a location and I needed to pay 0,38€, later I checked they booked 45,98€ from my Paypal Account. But I got it back. I wrote an email to their support system, saying I wanted to end the subscription. They ended it, then I reported a problem with this booking at paypal, uploaded a screenshot of the email I wrote to the support system of cellphone location, claiming that what they did was a fraud. I also wrote a short summary of what happend in the report on paypal. They decided on my behalf, I got the money back. Hope this helps, if you’re in the same situation
Avoid Avoid Avoid. Total scam. Paid 89p, they took off £49, becausecI didn't cancel the subscription. TOTAL SCAM
Definitely scam website with a dodgy 3rd party app so you can't cancel. Call the bank immediately if you've been unlucky enough to get involved.
I paid £0.38 for a location which I never received then 2 days later they took, unauthorised £49 for the subscription. I never subscribed. Now their webpage is no longer available!
