Beware: Unauthorized and Hidden Charges!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I originally paid £5 for a straightforward 24-hour access to the service. However, just one day later, on September 8, I was shocked to find an additional, completely unauthorized charge of £49.80 taken from my account without any prior warning or clear consent. To make matters worse, just seven days later on September 15, another £49.80 was inexplicably deducted from my account—well within a single monthly cycle. Paying £5 for a 24-hour trial and subsequently getting hit with two separate £49.80 charges in less than a week is completely unacceptable and misleading. I have requested a full refund of the latest charge and expect the company to resolve this immediately, stop any future unauthorized payments, and cancel any hidden subscriptions. Until this is properly resolved, I strongly advise others to stay away and monitor their bank statements very closely if they decide to use this service.
