I never received item. I contacted customer service. The kept saying it was delivered. Yes it was delivered in another state and address. Still waiting on response.

The fact that the product delivery was on the slow side, plus when I received an email advising wher I could download the manual, the link failed.

Fast turnaround after ordering, received hats in under a week. Nicely made hats and very compact and compressible. They are also a nice fit and stylish.

Product disappointment

Im disappointed in the product. I have attempted to attach each and every piece to my hose and if it's possible, it is not clear. There are no instructions and i have become very frustrated. Can you help me? Does this product work with all standard garden hoses in the US.

Order: 23650M313417 Adams Time Chart Arrived damaged and permanently bent. Ceremonye refuse to admit they DID NOT package and ship the product appropriately shipping from Ireland to Texas. They only wrapped in thin plastic without any cardboard support. My email to them: “ For what I paid, I was expecting better packaging for shipping. NOT a flimsy plastic wrapping WITHOUT stability to help prevent damage. As it is, my order arrived damaged. I will NOT recommend others purchasing this product from you because of your packaging method.” Ceremonye’s response: “During product transportation, some squeezing is inevitable; creases and indentations are unavoidable, do not constitute serious damage, do not affect usability, and are not considered broken.” My response: “ YOU HAVE VERY LOW STANDARDS if you expect YOUR product, which CUSTOMERS spend good money on to arrive with “some squeezing that is inevitable; creases and indentations are unavoidable”‼️ Again, I will NOT be recommending your product to others. You do NOT even care if your product arrives Damaged! If you did, you would reinforce its ability to withstand the possibility of being bent (DAMAGED) by adding either a thick piece of cardboard just a bit larger than the product, or by using a box just larger than the product INSTEAD of wrapping in thin plastic with just the corner covers! Folks pay to receive a product they are proud to show off. I am NOT proud to show off a DAMAGED product! Folks DO NOT expect to pay for a product to be delivered with “creases and indentations”‼️” Ceremonye responded with, “ Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear the item didn’t work as expected—we understand your frustration. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you a partial refund of $5 . We hope this helps make things right. Regarding the product, our team has confirmed it’s functioning according to its design specifications. We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if the partial refund works for you, and we’ll process it promptly. Yours Sincerely, Customer Service Team” ~~~~~ From Ceremonye’s website,” “Support that actually cares”⁉️ “100% Risk-Free Purchase If your item arrives damaged or not as described, just contact us for a replacement or refund-simple and hassle-free.”⁉️ ~~~~~ I did not contact them to request a refund, or compensation. I wanted them to do better. By their own words it is obvious to me that they have no intentions of doing better. I WOULD NOT trust Ceremonye to properly package and ship a product you wanted to show others to arrive undamaged. I also, do NOT TRUST their own words on their website. I DO NOT recommend Ceremonye to others wishing to purchase a product they thought they could be proud to show others. There is nothing in my Adams Time Chart to be proud when it arrived so damaged. It will not stand up like I planned on displaying it due to the extent of the damage. THINK TWICE before purchasing from Ceremonye! Mrs. TH Smith

One of the pens was defective

One of the pens was defective. To return one pen was such a pain I just kept it.

SCAM ALERT!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!Do NOT order anything it will never arrive! Ordered in January and they just kept sending me fake tracking info. Finally asked for a refund and was told my PO shipped it back. Total lies will only refund me minus shipping and loss of product!!! In other words we are charging you the customer even though you never got the product!!! They have many products that come up on Instagram RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
