Because we ship from China, delivery time is usually 7-20 working days, I checked the latest logistics track and your package has arrived at the local post office. Please contact them and show them the tracking number so they can look it up for you. We have sent you detailed logistics information and contact information via email.

Purchasing from Cesdeals was a surprisingly good experience. I did not expect the high level of communication through their website/email link. Tracking information was readily available, and the status of the package was very clear. The contents of the package was reiterated with each tracking check. The package went out the door quickly.

Great Customer Service after the Sale
I had ordered a WiFi DVR for my trike, front and rear cameras and handlebar DVR mount. One of the cameras failed within a week. I contacted CesDeals, and worked through the necessary troubleshooting, and subsequently remitted photos demonstrating just where the problem lie. I got email confirmation from "Freddie" that a new unit would be shipped, and it indeed was, free of charge. Great customer service after the sale. I am and intend to be a long standing customer. Four stars only because of the failed camera, otherwise five stars on the customer service.
