I bought a Wireless WiFi 1080P IP65 Waterproof IP Camera Night Vision Network Webcam from them. I took over the app for an existing camera and would not connect to the app intended for it. It is useless to me. No return policy and Ebay would not allow a refund. On their web site you see "reviews" but they are all phony. You cannot post a review on their site. Stay away from this seller!

UNSUBSCRIBE NOW.. Purchased a drill operated nibbler and on first test found it completely useless. On inspection found a manufacturing fault and sent high resolution macro photo to their site. Received a response asking for a high resolution video. Seriously, is that a reasonable response? Replied that what I sent was adequate and that was the last I heard from them. If your on their mailing list unsubscribe now before you get caught with this fraudulent supplier!

We didn't realize that our communication via email breaks about this problem and lost the opportunity to service you .
Bought a cheap camcorder from these people. It arrived in good time but doesn't work. Emailed the site which they advertise as replying to with-in a 48hrs time peroid. A week and a half later I still have not heard from them. Not happy but for forty nz dollars it isn't worth the cost of posting it back to them hoping for a refund. I will not be using them again and suggest that others also look elsewhere to a more reliable site where they take your money after you receive the item that you purchased.

Please don't deal with these people. Hardly any reviews so far on them. If you want a true reflection, look up Newfrog. These two are one in the same. I'm waiting on two orders. They have blamed customs, the Post Office etc. so far. The 25-35 day time limit is a sham. Today I was told 35-55 days. The same email said the two days the items were shipped were not the same as on my orders page and theses were not when I ordered. The tracking numbers are supposed to be Post Office, they're not. Post Office end with GB. The amount of lies so far has been unreal. I've told them I'm going to find out from CAB if there's anything I can do, trading standards etc.I won't give in to them. I have dealt with other Chinese companies with no problems, Bangood and Wish seem fine. I've also bought on eBay from private sellers, one of which has been excellent. In case you're wondering, yes I have asked for a refund and no I won't be buying from them again.
