Purchased a door switch assembly for a Ram 1500 and within a month all but two buttons stopped working. Contacted Cesdeals via PayPal and they requested a video showing defective unit. I took video and asked where to send it. Cesdeals did not respond other than to advise PayPal that I damaged the unit. PayPal Closed my claim without contact. So much for buyer protection!! Edit after response from Cesdeals: Invoice ID: NF2019090421205250744 I don't believe you have any intention of resolving this matter; if you did, you would have provided me with a contact to send the video of defective unit instead of falsely advising PayPal that I damaged the item. What was the point of having me video it if you weren't going to enable me to send you the video?? Cesdeals is a dishonest seller!!

I have ordered several products from this company. Every thing arrived and seemed to match the description. The last item a fitbit clone watch arrived dead and is unable to be charged up or turned out. Attempts to send to their email address results in permanent errors any time you try send an email.so there is no way to contact the company to request a refund. But the fine print suggests you would have to return the product and return postage will equal or exceed the cost of a low priced product so one writes off the loss and hopefully learns to buy from companies with better products and better customer service.

SCAM: Today I received the ordered 2x3pcs Mini Wrapping Paper Cutter Roll Line Xmas Gift Tool Item # 329753.02 - BUT none of the cutters works - they can neither cut into thin nor thicker paper - the only thing that happens is that the wrapping paper curls and breaks! Crooks!! Ordered a fitness watch because of the cheap price. The item took 5 weeks to get here ( No tracking #) and appeared to be return. The item did not work, had no charger & no detailed instructions on how to charge it. Contacted the seller through Paypal and they wanted me to return it with tracking & delivery confirmation shipping for about 10 times what the item cost. They likely wanted to sell it again. Cesdeals is a dishonest junk seller.

But it isn't, The Buttons do not function in the same way as the original. And this makes the RC much less useable than the original. Example 1: to control the volume or channel you need to first press "OK" and "power" at the same time to switch the RC into an extra mode, Which then allows you to control the volume and channel by using the MENU ARROW keys of the circular button in the middle. Example 2: The menu arrows will not navigate the menu settings unless you go back to the original mode by pressing the "ok" and "power" at the same time again.. The RC is not at all logical in its operation but it does work in a fashion that may have to be tolerated if your original RC is lost.
