Unfortunately I ordered a stamped cross stitch design instead of a counted cross stitch, which was my own error. However the printed chart supplied with the canvas is very tiny to the degree I can't use it in it's current format if I want to use it for additional bookmarks. I was surprised to see the amount of thread supplied for six bookmarks, there is huge quantity, probably enough to make dozens! I was disappointed with the quality of the thread and the fact that despite appearing to be a UK company the items came from China. There were no instructions on how to complete the bookmark so the back is covered so I had to Google what to do. It would be useful if ideas for that where included on the sheet.
I am currently working on on of the Pat work pumpkins and I have been working on it for over a month and I have to say I’m about ready to give it up. The picture looks nothing like the stitching. The stitching is not detailed at all like the picture shows. It looks like a blobbed up mess is spots. Very very disappointing. I will never order from this place again. A lot of work so far for nothing. Bummed that I have to stop working on it as the picture that comes with it looks very nice. Also the pattern is very hard to read. So disappointing.
I recently ordered from tapestry market. I have ordered many times before, and I have been so very pleased with their products. When there was a recent problem, I emailed them. They promptly answered me and a were so very helpful. I would highly recommend this company and their products.
Kits arrived quickly, with everything required to start stitching. Everything is good quality and I can’t wait to get stitching (once I pick which one is first) Definitely will be ordering again!
I contacted Tapestrymarket because I had missing threads from one of there cross stitch kits. Wooldridge email me back and he contacted the suppliers and he would contacted me back in a week to update me. He did email and advised the missing threads were on there way. They arrived a few days later. The service from start to finish was outstanding, and they company should be proud of there employees who provide this service. I cannot thank Wooldridge enough.

They have the best sélection of cross stitch pattern, but what is even better, its the excellence of there customers service, they are fast, kind and always helpful!!
I absolutely love their products. I do both counted and printed cross stitch. I love the way they turn out everything‘s in the kit. They are just absolutely wonderful. I have also ordered custom pieces, my own photo cropped and ready to go
I was having a look at a chart i wanted to get for my mothers 70th Birthday, Found one i liked and checked the full price (chart and shipping) and put the correct amount of money in my bank account for the order. When it came to place the order, i was told i didnt have the right amount of funds. Checked my bank and low and behold they took an UNAUTHORISED pending transaction of 75% of the money in my account. Never have I ever had a retailer hold money for an order I haven't even placed. This is exactly how fraud happens, and it's a VERY Sketchy practice, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING, shame on tapestrymarket for such sketchy practices
Where is it ? Ordered on the 3/9/26 still not here on 13/9/26. On its way from somewhere in China. It says Tapestry Market UK but its not.
I ordered 4 kits and they came very fast. As I started a kit, I realized that it was short 2 colors. Emailed Tapestry Market and they mailed missing thread very fast. Thank you for your quick service.
The "kit" I ordered was very user friendly. The materials were all quality and instructions easy. Customer Services were very helpful. This company has a wide variety of interesting pictures so I'm looking forward to buying another project.
The team behind the scenes are incredible. I lost my paper pattern for a project and was at a loss as to how I could carry on with it. I emailed asking if I could purchase a copy and within hours a PDF version was emailed over, no extra cost, no fuss. Previous to this I ran out of threads on another project and without hesitation new threads were posted to me! I would recommend this company!

Ordered wrong kit which only included a pdf pattern by mistake. Asked for a refund so I could re-order the correct kit but customer services have arranged to ship the correct kit, with fabric and threads and I just need to cover the shipping. Impressed so far.
