I purchased a cross stitch number 11CTACC-10689 it’s a Christmas scene with Xmas trees, animals together with a wreath border. It looks lovely on the picture. There is no definition in the features, the colours provided are obviously incorrect. I will not be using this company again. A complete waste of money, time and effort. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been doing cross stitch for well over fifty years and I can honestly say this is the worst product I have ever purchased. Do not buy products from this company

My stamped cross stitch and the paper pattern got wet making both of them illegible. I emailed them to see if they could help in anyway and in just a few hours I received a response email with a PDF of the correct pattern attached....free!!! Awesome service!
I received my orders from them promptly and on time which I was not expecting. There is plenty of cotton to complete them which is unusual now. I often have buy skeins to finish the pattern. I accidently water damaged my pattern for one of cross stitches and I reached out with little hope of getting a new one. However to my surprise the person contacted me back promptly with a PDF of my pattern that I could print. This is my opinion is the best service this company offers. The costs are reasonable as well with good quality products which again for the price I was not expecting. All in all tapestry market is well worth the cost and the time. The only negative is the colours on the patterns can be quite glaring. It would be better in black and white but that is a niggle and to be fair does not detract from the rest of the service. Thanks

I have bought cross stitches from Tapestrymarket for a number of years and have been very happy with everything I've purchased. A very affordable price is charged for the kits which have everything you need . It does take just a little longer to arrive but that adds to the anticipation. This company are most helpful and accommodating if you need help and I will continue to buy from them.
I ordered a printed cross stitch and loved it, so much easier. The printed design disappears in the wash ... or if you get caught in the rain (hopefully you can learn from my stupidity!). I messaged Tapestry Market and they sent a free pdf of my destroyed pattern next working day. I was very impressed with their prompt help for such a big company.

Not only does this company offer a huge selection, are competitive on price, they actually care about the customer. I made a purchase a few years ago, finally working on the last of my purchases (5 in total) only to discover one day that the pattern / key had been ruined my an ink spill. I contacted them and despite the purchase being 3 years ago, they were on the case and sent me the digital key/pattern within a day! Honestly, they have saved the day and did so without any fuss. Great quality product! The company is extremely helpful & prompt response if you have any questions or concerns. Recently, I damaged my printed copy of pattern. I emailed for possibly another copy, and within hours I was sent a digital copy, which meant I could continue on with my cross stitch project.
I accidentally ordered the counted cross stitch kit when I meant to purchase the stamped version. I contacted customer service, and they responded incredibly quickly and were very helpful. Even though the mistake was mine, they offered to send the stamped version and let me keep the counted kit as a backup. I really appreciated their understanding and willingness to help. I ordered a tapestry of a highland cow in browns with a blue tartan scarf and glasses, with a white background. I got a garish multi colouredred yellow/green/purple with a blue background. The coloured thread was ok but it is going to be a nightmare trying to work out what colour goes where. Disappointed as it was supposed to be a gift for my granddaughter but don't know how it is going to work out.

Please carefully identify the symbol or serial number corresponding to the color block and select the thread number according to the serial number requirements.
