I did not receive the instruction page or the graph on a counted cross stitch I ordered the 250 year sampler item # 1792197

There are so many fantastic kits to choose from and the service has been excellent. I ordered the pre-printed version of the kit by mistake and emailed them - they responded within 24 hours and will be sending the counted version which I can't wait to start. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Extremely excited when I found out…

Extremely excited when I found out about this company and everything it had to offer with the different varieties of things to Cross stitch. I do this for relaxation but make things for my family. I am self-taught and might not do it exactly how it is supposed to be done but the outcome is beautiful. I have recommended this company to several of people that have been looking for something creative and different.

High Quality, Very Happy Customer

The kits are high quality and very enjoyable to work with. I ordered 5 different ones and I was very happy with each of them. The floss feels like it's a really good quality, the Aida fabric is firm, and the charts are very clear and easy to follow. I like that the kits also come with properly sized needles for the project. I highly recommend this vendor and I plan to buy more kits from them in the future.

I love this site. I have never had a problem getting my order and they look just like the picture they show. I've never run out of thread either. I have ordered from here and every time I get my order I'm amazed at how much it actually looks so much like the picture. Order from this site, it's so worth it.

Beautiful pattern on the fabric with a paper version of the pattern to help. Arrived promptly and I found it to be good value for money to have all the thread, pattern and fabric included. When my paper version of the pattern got damaged I emailed asking if they could email me a scan of the damaged section. Within an hour I had the whole thing emailed to me. Very good service

Received order promptly. I started the project and am very excited to see it completed. My only complaint concerns the instructions. There is one statement about using 2 or 3 strands of the thread but I cannot find anywhere that says when to use 2 or 3 strands. So I'm using 3 and hopefully that will be ok. It's going to be so beautiful!

problem with the graph

I had a problem with the graph (I spilt water on it), and the water smeared the graph making it in legible. I sent an email to the company and they immediately sent me a digital copy of the graph. And now I can finish my cross stitch. They were so fast and accommodating!
