They have a lot of pretty good kits, almost always complete, but they do not obey the European laws that give consumers 14 to sent goods back. They simply refuse. Also, I suspect a lot of the 'art'-work is made with AI, or simply stolen. They never credit the artist, and have Disney and other licenced things, without licences.

This company has the most beautiful and huge selection of everything. Any questions are immediately answered and fast. I have always been dealt with a very polite response and never been disappointed in the answer or the way they solve it. It has been my go to site from very beginning and have highly recommended to my friends the hugest selection of any craft site I have see a must for everyone.
Never received the Christmas Kit, they commented that it was delivered based on the tracking number. I asked who was the package delivered to and where, they failed to respond, even after numerous attempts. On top of this I paid 30 Euro in advance which they are refusing to refund. Very disappointed, I’d give it them 0 stars review if I could. UPDATE of July 2025: Embroideryday sent again the item that I never received back in April. At this time I can say this company provided a great customer service and definitely stand behind their name brand. Thank you Embroideryday!

I have made several orders so far and they always came as swift as possible. I personally have trouble reading patterns so I wrote them and asked if I could get the digital version, so that I could drop it in procreate, because when I scanned the given pattern there was always information loss. So this way I can zoom in, and scratch out the stitches I’ve done. In 2 occasions a colour was missing so I contacted them and they immediately sent me the missing color. They really have a great aftermarket team and the products themselves are of excellent quality. I will place a new order soon again. And one last thing. Price wise it is also very doable. I wouldn’t be able to make it for that price if I bought everything in the kit separately. There is always more than enough thread, it comes with a bunch of needles, though, those could be of better quality, I always end up having to take a new one because the eye breaks. But there are always more than enough needles in the kit that it doesn’t matter. In the last 2 kits they also added a flat metal threader. I loved it so much that I hung it on a keychain so that I wouldn’t loose it (because it’s a flat, small piece of metal and I lost it twice before I decided to hang it on the keychain) If you are still doubting, just give it a try. You won’t regret it, I didn’t. I really love their patterns.
