Everything was amazing
Everything was amazing, great price for the amount of items you receive. They send more thread than necessary which is amazing for people that make mistakes and then you don't need to buy any extra thread. This is my second time ordering and it definitely won't be my last💜

Amazing service
There's a lot to choose from. The delivery was very quick. And the customer service is amazing. I had a small issue and they were very quick to solve it.
Not as detailled as online
The delivery was quick, the product has a good quality in general but the printing does not match the picture that is shown on the website. The picture is more or less like the online picture but by far not as detailled and fine lined as I expected and as it is shown online. I will not buy here again, as the end result is very disappointing.
Great service
Initially I was hesitant about ordering from this site via Facebook as I had been scammed before. The wonderful designs were too tempting though. I'm glad I took the risk. I was able to track my package every step of the way, down to the final message saying 'your package is in your mailbox' which it was. I haven't started any of the cross stitches yet but with an initial inspection the patterns printed on the fabric look square which I'm pleased about. I am looking forward to doing them. Update - just started one of my kits and enjoying it. So far I am very impressed with the thought behind the instructions. The printed colour is different to the embroidery thread making it much more obvious if you have missed a square or not fully completed it. The guide to printed colour and thread number is printed on the fabric along with the DMC number (I guess just in case something horrible happens and you need more thread)
