Extortionate customs charge

Ordered a camera, had to pay an additional £22 customs charge. Would have been cheaper and quicker on Amazon. Never answered multiple email enquiries. Don't buy from them

Horrible customer service

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with customer service wise. I Bought three electronic games from them for Christmas for presents.Got them about a month later because they are from China, first mistake. They sent them in a plastic bag, so you can imagine how destroyed at these games were. After I complain to them about ! $50 dollars on the games and they send these in a plastic bag and they get Destroyed and shipping which most people would expect in a plastic bag and they want to give me five dollars to compensate me. Good thing I had PayPal to reimburse me but I will never deal with this company again horrible horrible customer service

Superb service. Four day’s from Hong Kong to my door and product as advertised.

Had some troubles with the countries size differences,and they were right on it. They straightened it out right away. Top notch customer service.

They where good at re sending my order that didn't arrive

I had an order that didn't turn up so I was able to contact customer service and they kindly help me out by resending the products. I look forward to buying more products in the future. Thank you Customer service

I think i will stick with ebay or wish this site don't give u the option to open a dispute if your item don't show up or is not what u ordered. And no phone numbers to contact them . I think they still your money . Then u got to fight to get it back .

I paid my order, but cesdeals canceled it. This is a really bad web store.

Cheap, but Not Always Cheerful.

I started buying items from this company when they were called NewFrog and had no problems. Unfortunately, after the name change to CESDeals, there appeared to be a drop-off in quality of items. A pair of adjustable lens glasses were completely useless. After I supplied a video demonstrating the problem, they did supply a replacement pair, but they were even worse. Communication ended abruptly after I suggested that a refund might be in order. In summary, I would say that I would risk buying low-cost items from this company because they are cheap, but would always pay the extra to purchase anything more expensive via a site like eBay because of the much greater buyer protection included.

I have been waiting on a diamond…

I have been waiting on a diamond package to arrive that was ordered in November of last year 2019, here we are in January 2020, no package no update and no REUND OF MY MONEY. I will be spreading the word to all my diamond painting people this company is totally uncaring about this issue and will not refund my money as requested. #NF2019112907210468848

I had to cancel an order because I changed my mind after the purchase. Customer support was very helpful, they promptly canceled my order and issued the refund.

Good customer service with a fitness watch from CES…

i purchased a fitness watch from CES and unfortunately there was an issue with the watch. It would not sync the date and time with my iphone. Everything else worked fine, it counted steps, measured heart rate and blood pressure etc. I contacted CES and after a few emails they said they would replace the fitness watch. Got the watch last week, synced with my phone and all is wonderful
