The sender chose GROUND SHIPPING to Florida, when it's 98 degrees outside, rather than accepting the additional cost of overnight shipping as suggested. We package our products in insulated wrapping whenever it’s warm outside. However, we cannot control the cost ups send chocolate overnight so that it arrives still intact. We are not responsible for this, however we did provide a refund as a courtesy. Perhaps if the customer had elected to pay the additional shipping, the chocolates would arrive without a problem.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately the shipping to you was $18 of the $55 total, due to expedited shipping to do what we can to make it there without melting in the heat. We appreciate your feedback. Thank You.
