The chocolate melted before being delivered
The chocolate, which was a gift, was all melted when it arrived. We were not advised that the chocolate would not be insulated. It seems chocolate should not be shipped to states that are hot in the summer without insulation. The company did refund our money, which we appreciated. I would not be expected to pay exorbitant overnight shipping fees for an overnight delivery just so it can be delivered to a state where it's hot in the summer. Very disappointing.

The sender chose GROUND SHIPPING to Florida, when it's 98 degrees outside, rather than accepting the additional cost of overnight shipping as suggested.
We package our products in insulated wrapping whenever it’s warm outside. However, we cannot control the cost ups send chocolate overnight so that it arrives still intact.We are not responsible for this, however we did provide a refund as a courtesy. Perhaps if the customer had elected to pay the additional shipping, the chocolates would arrive without a problem.
Our family loves Chamberlain’s Chocolate Factory and Café. The chocolates are amazing, of course, but it’s the staff that makes every visit special. It truly feels like family there. Already looking forward to our next chocolate-fix trip!

It's so difficult to find chocolates when you are gluten free and dairy free. The Twix like bars were my favorite. The m&m things were pretty good also. I didn't care for the box of chocolates much but everyone likes different things. The downside is how expensive things are. I spent around $55.00 and received 1 tiny box of assorted chocolates, 4 candy bars and 1 small bag of candy.

It was such a fun girls' night out! We learned so much. Chamberlains is thoughtful about what goes into their treats, making them so that people with food allergies can still enjoy their chocolate.

We attended a "Make your own chocolate bar" event. The event was well organized. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was interesting to learn about the history of chocolate. We got to choose the kind of chocolate and the toppings/fillings for our bars. It was fun and the chocolate bars were delicious.

Great Service!
I ordered chocolates online to send from GA to NY. I had trouble sending them from the website but after contacting Chamberlain’s, the owner of the company emailed me and we worked it out. They even got it there sooner than promised! I heard it was delicious! I’ll use Chamberlains in the future!
