Hi Fabrizio,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing our support records, we could not find any email, support ticket, Live Chat conversation, or refund request from you before this review was posted.
Our Live Chat is available 24/7 directly on our website, and our team is always happy to investigate access issues. VPS access may occasionally be temporarily blocked after multiple failed login attempts as part of our security protection, and this can usually be resolved quickly by contacting our support team.
Our standard refund period is within the first 5 days, while your service had already been active for more than 10 days. However, if there was genuinely an issue with our service that made the VPS unusable, we do not want you paying for something you could not use.
As a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to offer you a full refund. Our support team has also reached out to you twice at your registered email address, but we have not yet received a response.
We remain ready to assist as soon as we hear back from you.

the support function has been robust and fast. Services likewise.
I've had some connection issues that this firm spent some time on, educated me on network and vpn/vps issues and were always available when needed. I double paid an invoice and they've agreed to a prompt reimbursement. latencies are low and the service is more than adequate for my trading needs. I recommend them.

Excellent support helped a 75 year old man with VPS
I am 75 years old so it was a challenge for CHeapForexVPS to support me. Mostly because when I tried to configure Remote Desktop from my Windows 11 home edition is blinked red and said you have to upgrade windows 11 to pro to use remote desktop. This turned out to not be true for connecting to VPS but I was sure about this and insisted that RDC could not work from my windows 11.
I had a timelimit to set up my EA because I expected perfect conditions for my ea so I pushed for a solution.
I go help from Mandy at support and I immidiately understood she really cared and did everything to solve my problem.
She very quickly help me get access to the VPS and even uplgeoaded the ea to my account when I was not able to do this myself;
So I got support in a very friendly way that met all my expections and much more.
The icing on the cake was that I was able to make my ea get up and running in time to cash in big time accordinng to my plan.
Thanks to Mandy and CheapForexVps for helping me and I can really recomment their services and I will no doubt use them for my Ea investment strategy.
