Our Live Chat is available 24/7 directly on our website, and our team is always happy to investigate access issues. VPS access may occasionally be temporarily blocked after multiple failed login attempts as part of our security protection, and this can usually be resolved quickly by contacting our support team. Our standard refund period is within the first 5 days, while your service had already been active for more than 10 days. However, if there was genuinely an issue with our service that made the VPS unusable, we do not want you paying for something you could not use. As a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to offer you a full refund. Our support team has also reached out to you twice at your registered email address, but we have not yet received a response.
