Zero service + fake phone numbers

Our flight got cancelled by the airline and cheaptickets.hk put us on a random flight (wrong date) and ignored all my emails. I tried calling them and all the numbers on their website are fake - the first phone number was Agoda. Completely screwed by them. Don’t use this website!!

The overall booking experience is OK, but the surcharge of credit card payment is not good

The overall booking experience is OK However, when I paid by credit card, I didn't aware that when I use Master card, it will have surchage !! Moreover, because the processing of payment was so fast, I could not stop the payment because I wanted to use other payment method !! Therefore, I suggested you should make annocement early in the payment process, alert the customers that they may pay surcharge when use the credit card. Thanks

Very Bad. Unable to contact by phone or Facebook messenger

The given contact numbers are invalid to use. I tried to contact via Facebook Messenger 2 days ago and no one answered until now. Cheaptickets.co.th is one of the agents I must avoid next time.

Fix this ASAP!

Why can't I receive my flight ticket receipt and other relevant information in English? For a ticket worth over $9000 Meanwhile, the process leading to the flight booking payment was in English. I reached out to your customer service and got a flat NO for asking for ticket details in English. Do better!

I have found the lowers price of air ticket from HKG to MAN via your platform. However, here are some. Questions when I making the booking： 1. Why do we need to pay $150 when buying ticket from yr platform? Actually I haven’t encounter such booking charge when booking ticket. 2. Why do we need to pay service charge when we make the payment not by VISA? How come If I pay by Mastercard? 3. my friend tell me that a discount will be provided when buying them via designated link, when I did it and find that the price of my proposed ticket itinerary is different from your general website, is it a little to cheat to customer? 4. Moreover, will u all desire to provide a apps instead of webpage only which can provide more efficient and effective service for us? Thanks a lot!

Overall easy to use. One area for improvement is to remove the ambiguity in the "first name" field - as this name goes on the ticket it must match the passport so it should be "first names".
