Chinamatchers

We are sorry you have not received your parcel. We informed you when your parcel was leaving the UK for your country, & provided the tracking details for you so you were aware when it was going to be delivered. We have replied promptly to every email you have sent us, contacted both the UK & Italian postal services to assist in getting your parcel to you, provided contact details for you to re-arrange the delivery and details of where it can be collected from, however a re-delivery has not been arranged and the parcel has not been collected, so an automatic Return To Sender has been triggered due to the amount of time that has passed since the Italian postal service first attempted a delivery We have advised you on the procedure for a parcel being returned to us from an overseas destination and have no autonomy of timescales or fees (if applicable) We are disappointed that you have regarded us with a 1 Star review considering we have done everything we can to get your parcel to you and your disappointment appears to be with the Italian Postal service. When your parcel does come back to us, we will be in touch with how you wish to proceed
